The Minnesota Supreme Court issues the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct governing lawyer conduct.
The Rules cover the client-lawyer relationship, lawyers as counselors and advocates, transactions with non-clients, responsibilities of supervision, professional independence, unauthorized practice, public service, advertising, written and personal communications, bar admission, and other matters.
Warning: The Rules are published as one large web page consisting of sixty-five single-spaced pages of printed text.
